The Leaders of Tomorrow Program is a 18 months paid management development program at Toromont Cat that allows you to showcase what you can do, acquire skills and accelerate your career into leadership positions.
Since its inception, the program has helped many leaders grow into leadership roles within the company, including our recently retired CEO, Scott Medhurst.
YOU ARE...
Hardworking and a self-starter, with a passion for a career that matches your ambitions. You enjoy learning on the job and from others, are motivated by results and performance, and have an inspiring personality. You are driven by adventure and the ability to travel around Eastern Canada.
You are at the beginning of your career, with 1 to 3 years of experience. You have a technical/business college diploma or a bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant discipline.

Our future leaders have the opportunity to work across Eastern Canada, touching many projects and at sites from Manitoba to the Atlantic ocean to Iqaluit. Our future leaders explore the Construction, Mining and Power Generation sectors.
