Following nearly one year of preparation, the Concord Tractor Branch has launched a regional hydraulic rebuild facility. The strategy with this facility will be to capture lost hydraulic cylinder repair and rebuild opportunities within the Capital region. While our Reman facility will continue to produce exchange cylinders, the Concord Tractor Branch will focus on timely throughput of cylinder repairs for Construction customers within the region.

The hydraulic rebuild facility boasts a cylinder bench that can accommodate longer cylinders such as the Hitachi 1800 and 3500 boom cylinders, as well as some crane cylinders up to 34 feet long. It also includes a honing bench, wash station, 150 ton hydraulic
press and down draft table to control contamination. The facility can revive any hydraulic cylinder back to manufacturer specification.
We will monitor demand signals closely as our sales teams communicate this to our customers and will increase resources as needed to meet anticipated increases in demand. If you are interested in sending cylinders from your branch or customers directly,
please reach out to Peter Alviani or Tyler Cooper for more information.
Special thanks to Loma Sheobaran and Peter Alviani for your efforts in preparing this facility launch.
