One of the biggest Cat dealerships in the world.

We are the Caterpillar dealer for eastern Canada, serving the territory from Manitoba all the way to Newfoundland. We sell and support industry –focused solutions that enable our customers across Canada to succeed. These solutions include new and used heavy equipment, engines, generators and industry leading technology solutions in the industrial, construction, mining and power generation sectors of our economy. I love the people I work with! At every branch I’ve worked at, the employees have been very kind and easy to work with. I still keep in touch with many coworkers and having that internal Toromont network comes in handy quite often. Some people have worked here longer than I’ve been alive! That kind of company loyalty is very rare, especially in today’s day and age, and speaks volumes about a career at Toromont.

Toromont gives me Job Security. I feel confident working for an industry leader. They offer a competitive wage and pay scale, flexible hours and a full benefit package. I'm not looking at the grass on the other side because it always seems greener here! Apart from employee benefits, the type of work being done here is intriguing. Daily, I am involved in serious overhauls and repairs of engines and their components one might not normally see at a lube shop. We get the opportunity to work on some beautiful trucks here, and some really unique engines.

I love how vast Toromont is – both on the large scale (looking at the geographic footprint of Toromont) and also in the branches. Any thing, any role you would like to experience, you will be able to find it here. As an engineer and business graduate, I love that I can be creating business playbooks and marketing plans one rotation, and the next, be on the team launching the first battery powered underground hard rock mining equipment… all in the same company!
